Grievance and Whistleblowing Mechanism
Grievance Mechanism
The SIJ Metal Ravne Grievance Mechanism enables community members, organisations, employees and other stakeholders to raise concerns and report violations or irregularities so that they can be appropriately addressed and remedied.
Complaints are resolved according to the procedure specified in the SIJ Metal Ravne Grievance Procedure Rules QM.01.07.
Complaint Channels
The complaints procedure is initiated by the complainant, who can be anyone. Complaint should be addressed to the designated Complaints Officer through one of the following channels:
E-mail: nusa.kremzer@metalravne.com
Telephone: +386 2 870 7137
Post: Grievance Officer, SIJ Metal Ravne d.o.o., Koroška cesta 14, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem, Slovenia, marked CONFIDENTIAL
Content of the Complaint
A complaint must include the complainant’s full name and contact details so that the Complaint Officer may, where necessary, request additional information (which is often required for an effective investigation) and keep the complainant informed about the progress and outcome of the procedure.
A complaint will be considered admissible if it contains sufficient facts and information to enable verification of the allegations. If the information provided is insufficient, the complainant will be asked to supplement the grievance.
